What is ASTM A1011?

It also provides minimum requirements for marking plates, sheets, and strips with designations indicating the type of steel (example: “C” for carbon), type of rolling process (“N” for normalizing), and identification number assigned to products produced from molten bath alloying processes such as electroslag remelting (ESR).
